- Orders for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will see the price of transport increased by the value of customs management expenses. The client will know the value of the transport price.
- The delivery time for packages up to 40 Kg is 24 to 72 hours.
- Orders that reach 250 euros of tax base, will have postage paid for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (does not include tariffs)
- La Ponderosa reserves the right, depending on the characteristics of each order, to be able to modify these rates, always being our premise that both the interests of the clients and those of La Ponderosa are not harmed.
The delivery times of the orders depend on the availability of the product or products that compose them.
Although availability may be indicated on the website itself, La Ponderosa cannot guarantee product availability and there may be products that are not available for immediate delivery.

1. Warranty

The shipping cost depending on the reason for the return. La Ponderosa will be responsible for the replacement of the product as well as the shipping costs as long as it concerns defects inherent to the product and not due to misuse, improper handling or failures resulting from the effects of water or blows.
3. Withdrawal
The client has a term of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal . The corresponding amount will be reimbursed, including shipping costs. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until proof of the return of the goods is presented.
