Ingredients

Sugar-free almond polvorón. Ingredients: Flour wheat , Iberian lard (antioxidant: E-320), 20% sweetener (E-965i), almond (8%), cinnamon and cloves.

Mantecado without sugar. Ingredients: Wheat flour, Iberian lard (antioxidant: E-320), sweetener (E-965i), almond, cinnamon and sesame.

Sugar-free wine donut. Ingredients: Flour wheat, Iberian lard (antioxidant: E-320), Malaga wine (10%) (contains sulphites ), sweetener (E-965i, E-965ii), almond , aniseed , sesame, cinnamon, anise aroma, raising agents (E-450i, E-500ii) and cloves.

Puff pastry without sugar. Ingredients: Wheat flour, Iberian lard (antioxidant: rosemary extract and synergist: E-330), wine (contains sulphites ), vegetal fat[aceites y grasas vegetales (palma)] , 4% sweetener (maltitol), salt and lemon flavoring.

Almond stuffed with almond without sugar. Ingredients: Flour wheat, almond (19%), sweetener (maltitol), fat[aceites y grasas vegetales (palma)] , wafer [Wheat flour, emulsifier: lecithin soy , raising agent (E-500ii) and coloring (E-171)] and nougat aroma.

Coconut ball without sugar. Ingredients: Coconut (38%), sweeteners (maltitol and isomalt), special coverage with vegetable fat (20%) [sweetener (maltitol), fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), defatted cocoa powder, emulsifier (lecithin from soy (E-322) and E-476), sunflower vegetable oil, preservative (E-200) and vanillin], milk, preservative (E-202) and coconut aroma.

Soft almond nougat without sugar . Ingredients: Almonds toasts (50%), sweetener (maltite syrup: E-965iil), rice (1.6%), egg white, emulsifier (E-471) and sweetener (sucralose: E-955).

Hard almond nougat without sugar . Ingredients: Almonds toast (50%), sweetener (maltitol syrup: E-965ii), rice, egg white egg, wafer and sweetener (sucralose: E-955).

Crunchy chocolate nougat without sugar . Ingredients: Special coverage with vegetable fat (sweetener (maltitol: E-965i), totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), defatted cocoa powder, milk skimmed powder, whey powder, emulsifiers (E-322, E-492) and flavoring) and puffed rice (rice flour, wheat flour, sugar, barley malt extract and salt). Maximum sugar content 2%.

Chocolate and almond nougat without sugar . Ingredients: Special coverage with vegetable fat (sweetener (maltitol: E-965i), totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), defatted cocoa powder, milk skimmed powder, whey powder, emulsifiers (E-322, E-492) and aroma), almond (40%) and hazelnut (2%).

Milk chocolate bonbon filled with hazelnut. Ingredients: Sweetener E-965 (maltitol), cocoa butter, vegetable fat (palm), milk skimmed powder, milk whole powder, cocoa paste, defatted cocoa powder, whey, sunflower oil, hazelnut (1%), emulsifier E-322 (soy lecithin), natural flavors (vanilla and hazelnut) and Sweetener E-960 ( steviol glycosides) (0’010%). % Cocoa min. – Milk chocolate: 37%. May contain traces of peanuts.
