Puff Pastry and Nutella Christmas Tree
Puff pastry and nutella sounds like a perfect combination, especially if it is also presenting as a beautiful Christmas tree. You will be right for sure and the best, it is super simple, we will tell you the recipe.
What do we need?
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 1 jar of Nutella
- 1 egg
- Double fringe chocolates Sweets La Ponderosa
- 250 gr. icing sugar
Steps to follow

- Step 1: Prepare the dough
We spread one of the puff pastry plates on a smooth surface and stretch

- Step 2: Add the nutella
With the help of a silicone brush we spread the nutella and spread the other layer of puff pastry on top.

- Step 3: Shape a Tree
We draw the Christmas tree shape on the plates and cut it out. On the sides we make perpendicular cuts, which will be the branches of our Christmas tree. Once we have them cut we roll them up. Take a look at this video to better see this step.

- Step 4: Bake
We paint our Christmas tree with eggs and bake for 25 -30 min. with the oven at 200º

Place our double fringed chocolates on the tree, either naked or directly wrapped, to simulate Christmas balls and that’s it!
Coconut balls
What do we need?

- 1 cup of grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 bottle of condensed milk

Steps to follow

- Step 1: Mix all the ingredients

Mix the condensed milk, the grated coconut (reserve a little separately) and the butter in a saucepan

- Step 2: Move everything to the fire

Once all the ingredients are mixed, place them over a fire, not too high, to avoid sticking and do not stop moving until you get a homogeneous dough.

- Step 3: Let cool and shape

Remove the dough from the heat and let it cool, once it is cold, shape your coconut balls, the fastest way is directly with your hands, but you can help yourself with a spoon. Sprinkle the grated coconut that you have previously set aside on top and place them in a nice mold or individual paper.
Nougat cream

- 250 grams of soft nougat
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of cream for pastries

Steps to follow

- Step 1: Separate the yolks from the whites
- Step 2: We mix the yolks, the nougat and the cream
- Step 3: With the heat not very high, so that it does not boil, we put that mixture on the fire so that it cooks for a few minutes until we see that it thickens, but always without boiling.
- Step 5: We mount the whites to the point of snow and add it to the nougat cream, moving gently
- Step 6: Let it cool in the fridge, and serve, it is very nice in elongated glass cups and decorated with tiny pieces of nougat cut directly from the tablet.

- 150grs of sugar
- 150grs of flour
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 lemon yogurt
- 1 tablespoon brandy or liquor

- Step 1: Crush the marzipan
